1.            The Largest Continent

The largest continent of the world is Asia. With an area of 17,176,102 sq. ml and 44,485,900 sq. km, it covers about one-third of the total dry land of the world. Asia contains the world's highest mountain point Mount Everest and the lower point Dead Sea with a population of 3,317 million which is about 61.2% of the world population. Asia has three main population groups the Negroid the Mongoloid and the Caucasoid. This continent has been the center of almost all the commanding religions of the world e.g Islam, Christianity, Jainism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Shintoism, and Confucianism.

Australia is the smallest continent in the world. It has an area of 3,035,651 sq. miles and a population of 17,800,000. This continent is located in the South Pacific.

The Indian Ocean is the smallest of the three oceans of the world. The Indian Ocean lies in the south of the continent of Asia and spread up to Australia.

32.         Smallest Country In Land Area

The country which is in the world is Vatican City. It has an area of 108.8 acres (44 hectares). The state has its own army, police, diplomatic services, coinage, postal facilities, and radio stations.
