1. Applicants
may submit their application according to proforma which may receive from the
office of the Medical Superintended Jinnah Hospital Lahore.
2. Applicants
must submit their applications along with their attested copies of educational
testimonial/ docus, CNIC, Cv and two fresh passport size photographs.
3. Applicants
send their application to the address Medical Superintendent Jinnah Hospital
Lahore.
4. Applicants must submit their applications till 05 Jan 2022.
5. Applications
received with incomplete and after due date will not be accepted.
6. Government employees may apply through proper channel and attached NOC which are get n from their concerned departments.
7. 5%
quota for women and minorities and 3% for disable persons will be reserved as
per government policy.

yrs of age relaxation will be given to all candidates as per government policy.
